List of summer programs to apply for, some may cost money but most offer scholarships. Many are completely free and pay for travel. Grade/Age at which you apply are in parenthesis next to the program. Many ask for rising students in a specific grade, that basically means the grade below what is listed (rising senior= currently in 11th grade). Program may not be offered to students in all states. You may have to be nominated for some of these programs. Some programs do not have age requirements listed beside it because I was unable to find the information at the time I looked each up. Google each program to find out specific dates and criteria.
Tip: When googling these programs, if nothing comes up relevant to you, google the title with the phrase ‘high school student program’ or something of the sort to narrow down the search.
